  • Manage research related to individual candidates, peer firms and market trends
  • Coordinate interview schedules, which included: coordinate attorney availability, send calendar invitations, update the viRecruit database, update recruiting documents, and follow up for interviewer evaluations
  • Prepare resume packets with materials and feedback for Practice Group Leaders
  • Maintain the viRecruit database, which included entering candidates into the database, input data required for Mansfield Certification, update candidate status, and run reports as necessary, modify/update fields, position postings, firm name change giving access to Vi with appropriate rights, etc. on the backend as an Admin user.
  • Establish relationships with search firms and managed search firm agreements with recruiters in viRecruit portal within US markets, consistent with firm and market practices
  • Assist with law student recruiting during peak season for the summer program and OCI
  • Process invoices, travel and expense reimbursements via Chrome River
  • Collect and input feedback information into viRecruit
  • Process placement fees according to the relevant search firm agreement for new lateral hires
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates
  • Train employees on viRecruit and respond to employee questions on viRecruit processes
  • Assist four departments of People Operations (Lateral, Partner, Business Services, Law Student) with all matters regarding recruiting
  • Process i-9s and e-verified new incoming attorneys
  • Draft Attorney Reference Check form and standardized Reference form for candidate and reference submittal
  • Draft questions for Interview Feedback form for attorneys to review candidates
  • Draft and deliver orientation schedules for new associates and counsel
  • Facilitate Onboarding new associates, of counsel, and law students
