I began my professional journey as a receptionist, working full-time while pursuing a degree in Computer Studies with a focus on web design. Balancing phone calls and coursework wasn’t easy, but it taught me two important lessons early on: how to prioritize and how to stay persistent. Three years after starting, I graduated, eager to put my technical skills to work.
Some people take a straight road to success, polished and paved by opportunity. My path, however, looks more like a back alley, full of twists, detours, potholes, and a few “No Trespassing” signs. And yet, here I am — still standing, still fighting, and still finding a way forward. My upbringing was, to put it mildly, unorthodox.
